Return/Cancellation Policy
14 days from the day of receipt; and only for unused, unworn, and unscratched watches or straps (items). For a return/refund, the watch/strap or spare part (item) must not have been used, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers. Customer is responsible for the cost of insured return shipping. Once the items are received by us and inspected, a full refund excluding shipping costs from us to the final destination will be issued. In case of a return, customers bear the shipping costs and all other eventual related fees of returning the goods.
We understand sometimes you could change your mind, so we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Since automatic watches are mechanical in nature there must be specific guidelines for a parts return.
Any return must be authorized in advance and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued or we will not accept any inbound shipments that do not have an RMA number clearly marked on the packaging. Returned goods will be inspected within 48 hours of the return
Returns on special order watches or pre-ordered models, like special engravings or customized watches will be charged the cost of customization
All items must be returned undamaged and in the original manufacturers packaging with all wrapping and stickers in a resellable condition
No credits will be issued until the product has been received and inspected at our facility.
Any parts returned damaged or in a state which makes them not sellable will be sent back to you, no credit will be issued and the return freight will be your responsibility.
Shipping
All watches / straps are shipped from Europe by Fedex insured service to the USA and Canada, orders shipping to European destinations ship by airmail or Fedex economy service. Orders are processed same day, watches that are in stock will ship next possible shipping date and should arrive within 2-3 business to any destination in the world. Please note that Aquadive is not responsible for delays caused through FedEx or Customs, and are not responsible for any duties or VAT/taxes you may possibly have to pay in your country.
Isofrane straps ship to North America via Fedex, expected delivery with 3-4 business days, straps ship to European destinations by airmail or Fedex economy service. Islands and destinations not easily reached by Fedex are subject to additional charges. Australia and New Zealand packages are shipped via airmail. All other destinations are shipped by registered Airmail, in most cases this will take 5-10 business days, unless the packages are withheld by local customs in the country of destination.
We ship daily to Asia, Australia and South America by airmail, yet we recommend choosing the FedEx upgrade option because usually packages arrive in the country of destination within 2-3 business days but then could get stuck at customs for up to 20 days and isofrane has no power to resolve any shipping issues once the shipment enters the country of destination.
